The lack of leadership means that there is no exact march route, but past year it spilled into very busy areas of central London including near Oxford Street.
Chief Superintendent Pippa Mills, of the Metropolitan Police, said officers policing the now-annual protest had seen “high levels of anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder”.
She said: “Last year hundreds of people on their way home from work, or out enjoying an evening in the capital, were surrounded by people causing them huge concern”.
“Keep an eye out for your comrades and police tactics that will limit movement, the hive mind should stay vigilant”.
The Chief Superintendent added: “It is unacceptable that a small minority should believe they have the right to break the law, harass people, damage buildings and attack police officers”.
This year, police have been granted the right to force protesters to remove their masks in locations where they think criminal offenses are likely to happen.
It said the event must be limited to a section of the West End and Westminster including Trafalgar Square, where it will start.
A Facebook message from the Seattle group reads, “On November 5th, we will be rallying at Westlake Park in Seattle at 2pm, and then marching to the Federal Courthouse at 3pm, and from there, we shall march to Amazon!”.
Last year, 10 people were arrested amid violence towards officers and public buildings being vandalised.
More than 20,000 people have said on Facebook that they will attend the march, which is described by its website as the “World’s Largest Protest by the Most Influential Group in the World”.
Police have also imposed restrictions on where people can assemble in the centre of London and how long the march is allowed to take place before it must disperse.
