News confirmed the Los Angeles District Attorney would not be pressing charges for vehicular manslaughter or any other crime against the 65-year-old star for the fatal vehicle crash on Pacific Coast Highway, which occurred in February 2015 in Malibu, Calif.

A lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner, filed in connection with a California vehicle crash that led to the death of another driver, has been settled, according to multiple reports.

Steindorff, who had reportedly been cooperative with investigators, told police she had stopped at behind a line of cars that were sitting at a red when she was rear-ended by Jenner. Yesterday, Jenner resolved one of the lawsuits she’s been facing for the incident by reaching a settlement with one of the drivers in the accident. The pair, along with their legal teams, were able to reach an agreement, settling for an undisclosed amount of money.

The family driving the Hummer filed a lawsuit against Jenner this month, while Howe’s grown stepchildren also have a civil action lawsuit against Jenner. The accident happened before Jenner made her pubic announcement that she was transitioning into a woman. A Hummer hit Howe’s Lexus killing her.

Jenner has said she remembers “very little” about the collision, but insisted that she was driving under the speed limit.

After the accident, Jenner released a statement expressing sympathy to everyone involved in the accident. The driver of the Lexus, Kim Howe, was pushed into oncoming traffic and killed. “I am praying for them”.
