Online forex broker PrivateFX has opened two representative office in Ukraine – one in the capital city of Kiev and another one in Kharkiv, the country’s second largest city, the broker said in a notice last week.
The Kharkiv office was opened on 31 May, 2016, while the Kiev office opened doors on 6 June. No details were provided.
According to its contacts details listed on PrivateFX’ websitem, the two recently-opened Ukrainian representative offices are the only ones operated by the brokerage.
The PrivateFX group was set up in 2015 with the participation of the investment company Concorde Capital.The group consists of Private Innovative Society Ltd., which is based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Cyprus-based Fiby Solutions Ltd.
The group companies offer trading in forex and binary options via the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) trading platform, an industry leader.
Many other forex broker have recently strengthened their position in certain markets or entered new ones by opening new offices. Among these are LiteForex, FBS, JustForex, One Financial Markets, RoboForex, and others.
Meanwhile, Saxo Bank, a Danish bank specialized in providing online trading services, is planning to close its offices in Russia, Poland and Greece as part of its new strategy for geographical presence.
