Forex broker Exante launches Help Center with FAQs

Malta-based forex broker Exante said on Monday it has launched a Help Center where clients can find the answers of frequently asked questions. It is available in English and Russian languages and more languages will be added in the future.

The new service is available at and will replace the need to contact the broker’s support center and wait for each question brokers have. The broker intends to expand the section in the future with answers to new questions and requests it receives.

The Help Center is a searchable tool. It offers answers to basic questions, such as what documents traders will need to open an account with the broker, how to fund trading accounts, how to automate trading using FIX and other APIs, how to deal with tax authorities, and other.

Exante offers trading in forex, precious metals, options, bonds, stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through an in-house Automated Trading Platform (ATP). It has a minimum deposit requirement of €10,000 and offer a leverage of up to 50:1. The broker is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
