France’s AMF: Get your money from Buzztrade, other AirFinance Pro brands ASAP

Do not invest more money than you can afford to lose.

France’s financial markets regulator, the AMF, has issued an advisory to all French clients of the Cyprus-based investment services provider AirFinance Pro (formerly YTF Trade Limited) and its trading brands to immediately get in touch with it.

AirFinance Pro, which has just recently renounced its license, owned the websites offering trading in ftorex, binary options and CFDs www.ytftradeltd.com, www.investing-area.com, www.buzztrade.com, www.binaryroyal.com and www.cfdroyal.com.

“Under these circumstances, the AMF recommends that investors who have opened an account on one or more of these websites immediately send a registered letter to AirFinance Pro Ltd and a copy of this letter to the CySEC asking that their account(s) be closed, that they be reimbursed any balances, and, depending on the situation, putting forward a complaint,” the French regulator said.

AirFinance Pro first had its CySEC license suspended last June over suspicions of non-compliance with regulation and operation requirements, namely reporting and filing obligations. The suspension was extended several more times, the last one being in the end of September 2016.
