FBS offers customer support via chat on Facebook, Telegram, WeChat

Offshore forex broker FBS has expanded its online presence and has added a new contact method – chat via some of the most popular messengers. Clients can use Facebook, Telegram or WeChat to contact the broker’s customer support representatives.

Following are FBS’s accounts on the three social media:

  • WeChat – fbsforex

Investors can also contact the broker via live chat or e-mail ([email protected]). The broker started offering a 24/7 customer support service in January this year.  In the past months, it has been expanding its offering with other services available to clients. In late 2016, it launched a free-of-charge virtual hosting service (VPS). In addition, it partnered with forex rebate website PayBackFX to offer clients cash back rewards.
