Samsung is reportedly gearing up for a January launch for its new flagship devices Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge in an effort to gain traction over Apple’s iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. There’s 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to an extra 128GB via MicroSD card.
We all know that no fast wireless tech can ever beat a proper fast wired charger. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus sports a pixel density of 401 ppi and the Galaxy Note 5’s display sports a higher 518 ppi pixel density. Which one of these devices are you most interested in?
“There’s little difference in the screen between the Note 4 and the Note 5, with both having a 5.7in 2,560×1,440 resolution display”.

The device only has a 2.1MP front-facing camera (with Full HD video recording), with the lack of a rear camera providing a distinct differentiation from the normal tablets available in the market. Touchwiz brings a lot of useful features like Multi-Window or S-Pen, but it also brings a ton of useless features. What they presently want is something impressive, with concepts that push the limitations and consider all the amazing technological innovations that make Samsung a top player in this highly competitive industry. Why, Samsung of course, who else? It will be interesting to see if there is even a market for such a device.
In general operation it is pretty darn smooth, I had previously read reports of some juddering but can’t say I’ve encountered this myself; TouchWiz seems to slither effortlessly from one screen to the next. Samsung’s Galaxy View appears to line up in a similar category, allowing users to watch shows and movies while going about their daily tasks.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that you will not be able to downgrade to the older software due to the updated security policy.
Regardless, if you understand the risks in software updates, and do not care about expandable memory or a replaceable battery the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a worthy option.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates for Samsung devices will most probably come by end of 2015 or early 2016.
