Hours afterwards, the Dodge could still be seen on the sidewalk, half-in and half-out of a resident’s front yard, teetering on a brick wall.
The police said the driver was a 63-year-old man in a Ford sedan.
A 24-year-old man, another man and a 10-year-old girl were killed in the crash, police said.
Police say a 65-year-old man suffered severe head trauma and died at the scene.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
“This is a sad situation, especially today, it’s Halloween”, Anna Crecco said.
