A trailer on the New Orleans set of the Tom Cruise movie “Jack Reacher” caught fire. The fire erupted during filming Never Go Back, the sequel to the 2012 film Jack Reacher, on the basis of the Lee Child novels.
Tom Cruise experienced a pre-Halloween fright on Friday when one of the trailers on set for the film “Jack Reacher: Never Go Back” went ablaze on the same night Leah Remini revealed additional details about the actor and the Church of Scientology. “Luckily, no one was seriously injured”, TMZ reported.
A representative for Tom Cruise has yet to comment on the report. “I can only assume because they wanted to make Jennifer a Scientologist”.
“Being critical of Tom Cruise is being critical of Scientology itself”, she continued.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene to battle the blaze, which filled the sky with billowing clouds of smoke.
Talking with 20/20 of Friday, Remini detailed she determined to leave the faith and in Scientology. ‘I now see where the cracks are in our Church, and it’s David Miscavige.
Remini said that Cruise is a powerful member of the church.
Since leaving the church in 2013, Remini has become an outspoken critic of the religion, and much of her new autobiography, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology, is dedicated to her years in the church.
