Technician, CharIQ’s personal analysis application tool for mobile, tablet and desktop devices, announced its integration with the Tradable trading platform, as of February 2016.
This would let the Technician users trade forex by connecting to their FX brokerage through Tradable. Currently Tradable is being offered by some of the largest brokers, including Forex.com, Is Investment, Monex, One Financial Markets, FXCM, LMAX exchange, CFH Clearing and Silicon Markets.
The two previously existing options, offered by Technician, are a free demo trading or US equities trading with a Tradier account. The partnership between Technician and US stock brokerage Tradier started back in November 2015.
The Technician app was launched in July 2015 by the ChartIQ software company, specializing in charting and data visualization solutions for capital markets. It offers professional grade HTML5 charts and technical analysis tools for traders. The app is available as a web application for desktop and laptop computers, iOS mobile devices and Android devices. It offers more than 80 indicators, charts and drawing tools and real time US equitis and forex data. The indicators include, but are not limited to, Bollinger Bands, Chaikin Money Flow, ATR, Renko, range bars, RSI, Donchian, Pivot Points, CCI, MACD, etc. It also integrates news feeds from StockTwits and Yahoo! Finance.

Tradable is a forex trading platform, launched in 2012. It offers three workspaces based on trading experience, social trading, automated trading, interactive charting, etc. The platform is preloaded with applications and is customisable with additional apps – free and paid, available in the Tradable AppStore. Currently it offers more than 150 apps – news services, educational apps, trading signals, sentiment signals, technical analysis, algorithmic trading systems, social copy trading. Among the application developers, partnering with Tradable, are Agena Trader, Dealer Insight.com, FXWW, ForexTell, PIAfirst, Tradimo, TradingView, Lex Van Dam, NetDania, iviewcharts, FXStreet, Forex Live, AshrafLaidi.com, Edgewonk and Trading College.
Today’s news of the partnership between Technician and Tradable comes shortly after the announcement of the cooperation between the TradingView and the AlgoTrader algorithmic trading platform. The new user frontend of AlgoTrader, which currently is in an early preview stage, is based on the HTML5 protocol and integrates the highly interactive and customisable TradingView charts.
