The Israeli forex broker and social trading platform developer eToro announced it is enabling again the option for sharing posts from the feed to external social networks on its eToro web trading platform.
The quick share widget allows users to share posts not only on the eToro social platform, but also on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and via email. The mobile version of eToro’s platform also allows sharing to WhatsApp.
According to the broker, this is the first version of the feature and it will be updated soon with options to share Market and User pages.
eToro was launched in 2008 and offers a social platform for investors to communicate, share strategies and trade in forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). It has more than 4.5 million registered users from 170 countries across the world and is regulated by UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Recently eToro announced the introduction of one-click trading to the New eToro trading platform. It has also set up a joint venture with Russia’s largest bank – Sberbank – to offer eToro’s services to Russian investors and clients of the bank.
Also in February, eToro introduced the copy dividends future and added 190 new US stocks to its offering.
