O-Systems, a binary options platforms and software provider, has launched O-Freemium, a new automated sales platform under the freemium business model which will unlock certain features and make them available free of charge to paying customers.
O-Freemium, which has been optimized for mobile devices, provides a new business model that allows brokers to convert trades in any language without the cost of recruiting and training, according to a notice published by the company on Monday.
The new platform is said to introduce a new industry trend through its innovative automated software and tailor-made solutions. The platform will automatically provide traders with the needed set of information and analysis to offset losses in case they experience trading difficulties, or to showcase more possibilities in case of winning. For instance, investors can receive trading guidelines, smart videos, technical news alerts, customized calls-to-action, social trading, and indicators, among others.
Moreover, the new platform’s model will eliminate the need for a call center, since it does not require customer phone numbers. Instead, at registration the platform asks for customers’ names and e-mails. The move aims to optimize costs and reduce conversion rates.
“During testing stages, this simple communication strategy increased registration conversions by a staggering 23%, a sharp increase when compared with the typically low registration rates of 5% to 8%, which is what most brokers experience when they request a telephone number,” Robi Guetta, chief risk analyst at O-Systems, was quoted as saying in a press release earlier.
Cyprus-based O-Systems offers binary options brokers a complete set of solutions to start operations, including a trading platform, a customized and branded web site, back office services, system hosting and maintainance, customer relationship and risk management, as well as leads and media, and marketing and affiliates systems.
