Canadian multi-asset financial brokerage Questrade said on Tuesday it has partnered with developer MotiveWave Software to offer its MotiveWave desktop trading platform. The application is available on Questrade’s partner app center, where traders can browse and download trading apps.
As a result, Questrade’s clients can easily integrate both live and demo trading accounts into the app and send trades to Questrade from MotiveWave.
MotiveWave is an easily customizable full-featured trading platform for investment instruments, such as forex, options, stocks, futures, and equities. It features more than 300 advanced studies, strategies, and indicators, as well as scanners, back testing, optimization, replay mode, walk-forward testing, reporting, and trade simulation. It provides tools for advanced charting, drawing and analysis like Elliott Wave, Fibonacci, Gartley, Gann and Ratio Analysis
The platform could be used on devices with Windows and Mac operating systems. It is available in six different editions – Charts Plus, Charts, Trade, Strategy, Professional, and Ultimate Editions, each one built on the previous one. Traders need to pay beween $99 and $295 for the different editions in order to gain access to them.
Questrade’s clients can also download from the broker’s website other trading and investment apps – stock selection platform Wootrader, trading journal TradingDiary Pro, and VectorVest 7, a research platform that optimizes your trading analysis..
