Do not invest more money than you can afford to lose.

GMO Click Securities, the world’s largest forex broker in terms of trading volume for February, released data on the most traded CFDs for the same month. It can be considered with fair certainty that the rankings are indicative of the most traded CFDs in Japan in general.

The list shows that the most traded CFDs remains the index Nikkei 225 (JPN225), which consists of the stocks of Japan’s largest companies across all sectors.

Nikkei 225 has been consistently number 1 on the broker’s ratings list since it started publishing such data in December 2014. Both in January and February this year the crude oil and the The Dow Jones Industrial Average (US30) keep their second and third position, respectively. The ranking of the three most traded CFDs has remained unchanged since September 2015, according to the GMO Click Securities data.

In the light of the continuing bad news for the Chinese economy, the Shanghai A50 index has lost several positions and slid from its fourth place in January to the ninth position in February.
