Offshore forex broker FBS said on Friday it opened a new office in Thailand – its fourth in the country. The office is located in Phuket island and started operations on 19 April, 2016.
The new office will offer clients consultation and support, but it will also provide training seminars for both novice and experienced traders.
FBS’s first office in Thailand, in the capital city of Bangkok, opened doors in July 2015. It also operates another office in Bangkok, as well as one in Chiang Mai.
FBS has been developing its Thai business with new services. Since earlier this month, Thai clients can open trading accounts with the broker in Thai Bahts (THB), in addition to Euro (EUR) and US dollars (USD). Clients can also benefit from 24/5 customer support service available in Thai language.
FBS is a trading brand of FBS Markets. It is entirely focused on forex trading instruments. It is present in more than 120 countries worldwide and has more than 600 trading and partner accounts opened on a daily basis. It says it has 1,202,157 active traders and nearly 100 nillion opened orders.
The broker is regulated by the International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) of Belize, an offshore destination for forex brokers, and is a member of the Russian self-regulatory organization Centre for Regulation in OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies (CRFIN).
