Cyprus-regulated forex brokerage Mayzus Investment Company, trading as Mayzus, said on Wednesday is has changed its name to Liteforex (Europe) Ltd. The renaming was made official on 12 July, 2016.
The move is not a big surprise since the company owns the Liteforex trademark in Europe since 2009. This means that the company and its affiliate LiteForex Investments Ltd. (www.liteforex.com) are being consolidated under the same brand name. However, they will still operate separately. Liteforex Europe services European customers as it holds a Cypriot license and complies with the EU regulatory framework. LiteForex Investments is registered and licensed in the Marshall Islands and services clients outside the EU. Its website already redirects EU clients to its Cyprus-regulated affiliate.

As part of the rebranding process, Mayzus has changed its domane name to www.liteforex.eu, but it will continue to offer the same services and trading conditions as before. The change will not affect its operations and clients are not required to take any action regarding the change. The new website is already operational and its layout is identical to that of the previous website of the broker.
Mayzus Investment Compnay, now Liteforex Europe, was set up in 2008 as United World Capital (UWC) and LiteForex Investments Ltd. was founded in three years earlier. The European company holds a license by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is registered with the relevant authorities in 18 other European countries, including Belgium, Germany, Spain, the UK, and France.
