Alfa-Forex launches MT5 web version

Do not invest more money than you can afford to lose.

Alfa-Forex, a Cyprus-regulated forex brokerage of the Russian Alfa-Bank Group, announced it is launching the web version of the MetaTrader 5 platform, which is steadily gaining popularity since the introduction of the hedging option earlier this year.

“The capabilities of MT5 expand and this is why many of our clients are switching to this platform,” the broker notes. “Now all you need is a computer with an internet connection.”

Alfa-Forex, which is mostly active on the Russian market and in the former Soviet Union countries, has launched the web version of MT5’s predecessor – MetaTrader 4 a few months back and has switched the MT4 accounts to market execution mode back in May. At the same time, the MT5 offers instant order execution.

Earlier this year it transpired that Alfa-Bank is planning to set up own daughter forex company and apply for a forex brokerage license from the Bank of Russia.
