Russian software developer MetaQuotes said on Tuesday it has introduced to the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform a daily analysis from Claws&Horns for the Russian stock market.
Platform users have gained access to Claws&Horns’ news feeder for Russian shares traded on the Moscow Exchange with an emphasis on blue-chip companies, such as Sberbank (SBER), Rosneft (ROSN), Gazprom (GAZP), Lukoil (LKOH), ALROSA (ALRS) and Aeroflot (AFTL).
The new service is available via brokers who use MT5 and have the Claws&Horns feeder integrated to it. The full set of Claws&Horns analytics includes economic calendar, signals, technical and fundamental analysis, as well as weekly video podcasts with long-term forecast for the major currency pairs.
Claws&Horns, a Cyprus-based independent analytics company established in 2014. It offers a comprehensive list of analytical tools for forex brokers. Its services come in three packages, depending on the content. The premium package includes the option of branding. In addition to news feeds for the Rusisan stock market, Claws&Horns also provides an analysis of basic futures, including such on indices, forex, bonds and Eurobonds. About 50 trading instruments are covered in total every week.
Some of the forex brokers that offer Claws&Horns’ services include LiteForex, HiWayFX, ExpertOption, FinFX, RoboForex and others.
MT5 is the successor of MetaTrader 4 (MT4), the worlds’ most widely-used trading platform. It offers access to the forex, contracts for difference (CFDs), options and futures markets, and has a function for stock trading. The platform uses MQL5 programming language and allow automated trading via Expert Advisors (EAs).
Recently, MetaQuotes expressed its intentions to stop issuing updates to the MT4 as it seeks to focus entirely on the MT5. Indeed, in the past few weeks the developer has not made any enhancements to the MT4, while adding new functions to the MT5 on a regular basis.
