The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of Luxembourg issued a warning notice earlier this week against Alpha Innovative Strategies Ltd., doing business as Invest Alpha Patrimoine. The company offers forex trading services in the country, but has not been authorized to do so.

Moreover, the company is not related in any way to Alpha Patrimoine SA, an investment firm incorporated and regulated in Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that this company has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services in or from Luxembourg, the regulator noted.

Invest Alpha Patrimoine, www.ia-patrimoine.com, offers trading in forex, contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, and equities via multiple platforms, including the industry leader MetaTrader 4 (MT4). It claims to be based in the UK and provides no information regarding authorization or licensing.

The CSSF is in charge of the supervision and regulation of the financial markets in Luxembourg. It supervises, regulates, authorises, informs, and, where appropriate, carries out on-site inspections and issues sanctions to market participants.
