Do not invest more money than you can afford to lose.
OctaFX, a leading broker has had a busy year. In general, the past 12 months have been turbulent for many Forex brokers. There have been unpredictable market turns and major events which have made it difficult for many companies to reach their goals. Nevertheless, OctaFX is content with its achievements in several areas it considered as important:
First off, the firm has launched its own trading platform this year. It is called OctaTrader, and is available across several device types. There are Android and IOS distributions of it and there is also the ability to access the platform via any modern browser. 2022 saw industry standard trading platform Metatrader 5 and its predecessor, MT4, pulled down from the AppStore. There was a push among brokers to create their own trading platforms. This particular one allows clients to trade and manage their accounts. The software is not currently available across all markets OctaFX is present in, but the firm is looking to expand its reach next year.
The broker is also quite committed to providing its traders with some top-notch educational material. Over the course of the year, it boasts having is experts holding 700 webinars and workshops. This amounts to around two such events each day. They were also hosted in 6 different languages to make the education the firm offers more accessible. Traders certainly appreciated it – there was a surge in subscribers for the OctaFX YouTube channel, which now has almost a million of them. Given the firm has nearly 12 million accounts open across 150 countries, this means a significant amount of its traders are invested in its educational content.
It is no wonder the firm managed to snag the prestigious Best Global Broker Asia 2022 award at the International Business Magazine awards. The Magazine highlighted the exceptional level of service OctaFX had offered to its retail and institutional clients alike. And that is no wonder, when, in 2022, the firm managed to add over 150 stocks for them to trade, listed on 16 exchanges. This increased the range of products it offers significantly. These feature sought after assets like Apple and Tesla, but also a lot more for clients who are looking to engage with major firms’ stocks from across the globe.
In addition to the expansion of the firm’s services towards Stock trading, it has also improved its offering of crypto assets. There are now 25 more of them which can be traded by clients of OctaFX. The crypto assets can now also be traded 24/7 with the firm, without any downtime. This is just one of the ways the company improved its services. Another one was, the broker also removing swaps from its service model entirely. This means lower costs for its clients across all asset classes they may trade.
To celebrate its 11th anniversary, OctaFX has also rebranded, with a new website design and logo. Under them, the firm is committed to continuing its development in 2023, and to providing an even better level of service for its clients, so they can reach their goals.
