MetaQuotes Software, the developer of the two most popular trading platforms – MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and 5 (MT5) has launched a revamped version of its MT5 website. This is the latest update to the MT5, after the addition of hedging and a number of other improvements made in the past few months.

The new site for MT5 has versions in 7 languages: English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese and Russian. It provides detailed information about the types of orders available on the platform, automation of trading with the use of robots and a link to MetaTrader Market — the place to purchase or rent a trading robot or a technical indicator, the use of analysis tools. etc.

Obviously, the goal of the new site is to promote MT5 which has been standing in the shadow of MT4 for a long time, as it lacked some of the features of the more popular MT4. Now the revamped MT5 site boasts its advantages such as faster execution, built-in Market of trading robots, freelance database of strategy developers, copy trading and virtual hosting service. It also provides download links to all versions of the trading terminal for Windows, Mac OS and Linux, as well as to the mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Several of the larger brokers, such as Alpari and the automated forex broker RoboForex, have already adopted the new and improved MT5 trading platform with hedging. Since the beginning of May it has seen a number of improvements such as new certificates for advanced security connection and a web beta version of the trading platform.
