Offshore forex broker FreshForex said on Tuesday it has expanded its offering with investment portfolios. The new product, called Buy, Hold, and Withdraw Profit, uses classic, proven strategies with high earning power ratio.
Trading in portfolios is available via the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) trading platform for an initial deposit of a minimum $500. If they want to buy or sell a portfolio, investors need to open a trade in the platform.
The broker offers three different types of portfolios – with shares of companies from the US IT sector; with shares of world Internet companies; and with shares of Russian companies
listed on MICEX.
Trading conditions for the three portfolios vary, depending on the trading account investors choose. FreshForex offers Classic, Market Pro, and ECN accounts. The broker requires minimum margins of 1% for all portfolio types, regardless of the type of account.
Investors trading in the portfolio with stocks of US IT companies are subject to a commission of $52.67 and are offered an average spread of 54 pips. Traders in world Internet companies portfolios pay a commission of $50.85 and an average spread of 377 pips. Meanwhile, portfolios with stocks of listed Russian companies are available for a commission of about $53 and an average spread of 607 pips.
Every investment portfolio contains the most reliable and profitable instruments with the optimal proportion of potential risks and earning power ratio, FreshForex said.
The investment portfolios combine different tradable assets, which reduces risk and expands trading opportunities. If one asset is losing, the profit generated from the rest of the assets in the portfolio will offset the overall balance.
Investors can monitor the dynamics of the portfolio as a whole or of each component in it.
FreshForex is a brand of Riston Capital, an investment company based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The broker offers online trading in forex and contracts for difference (CFDs) on metals, stocks, indices, and energy futures, as well as in binary options through its unit FreshOptions.
