Just a day after it warned against five unlicensed forex and binary options brokers operating illegally in France, the AMF added another 10 sites providing various financial services without the proper authorization.

Seven of them are unregulated offshore binary options brokers:

www.boursotrad.com
www.comexpartners.com
www.lesoptionsduweb.com
www.londonglobalmarkets.com
www.tradebourse.com
www.silverbinary.com

The other three: www.brookfield99.com, www.chs-fnds.com, www.colonus-hedging.com are pretending to be investment advisors and portfolio managers. It is interesting to note that CHS and Colonus have identical sites, with identical layout and information. Both CHS and Colonus Hedging Securities claim to have been founded in 1934 and to be regulated by UK’s FCA. A quick SMN check revealed that a company with the similar name of C.H.S Financial Planning turned up in UK’s Financial Services Register, but it is no longer registered. Colonus is not present on the list at all.
